Paisley......

This is from the new Paisley cartridge ....with a little grass from Plantin Schoolbook. I raised the "cap" of the toadstool on foam pads for dimension.

You are a star....

Another good luck card for the most fantastic student who has been on placement with me. I bought him a mug with a blue star on it that said "You're a star", so I made this card to match! I cut five stars from Plantin Schoolbook, and layered them up for depth (I had already embossed the top one with the "bloom dots" folder.) I welded a row of small starts together and embossed them with the same folder to go inside the card. A bit plain, but as it's for a man I think it's ok.

I'm really pleased with this one!! The plane, clouds and banners are from New Arrival, the lettering is from Mickey Font, and the grass is from Plantin Schoolbook.

Two little ducks....

I made this for someone who is going to be 22. It was made at speed, so not very fancy, but I couldn't resist the bingo pun! The greeting is from "Beyond Birthdays", and the ducks are from "New Arrival".

Both the cat and the party hat are from the Doodlecharms cartridge. I welded them together in Design Studio, and then cut several layers to give it some dimension. The background is embossed with the cuttlebug "Happy Birthday" folder.
