Go on...just throw it....

I love this Little Claire stamp, and used it to make 4 very similar Christmas cards.

Good Luck

A colleague is leaving after a short-term contract with us. Whilst she has been with us, she has been most aggreived that we sometimes go out for a slap-up lunch of egg and chips on a Friday, which is the day she doesn't work. (We are even planning to go on Christmas Eve-snow permitting!). Another colleague asked me to make a good luck card with egg and chips on it! I hand cut the food (and added glossy accents to the egg yolk for realism!), the cutlery is from the From my Kitchen cartridge, and the lettering from Plantin Schoolbook.

Get well soon

A friend at work has just had cardiac surgery, and I just had a few minutes to make a get well soon card. I used my new Winter Frolic cartridge, and cut the sentiment from Beyond Birthdays. I used one of the lovely Peachy Keen stamps for the face.

How old?

A friend at work asked me to make a card for her brother-in-law. Apparently they have a standing joke about the fact that he is older than her, so she wanted something to that effect on the card. After scratching my head for a while this is what I came up with. The numbers and text are all cut from Plantin Schoolbook.

Happy 70th

A friend asked me to make a card for her dad who will be 70. I asked what he liked, and she said "ducks"! After a lot of thought I came up with this. The duck is from Animal Kingdom. the balloon is from Pooh and Friends, and the sentiment is from Beyond Birthdays.
