Graduation Card

I used the owl from the lovely Paisley cartridge, and I made him (her?) a mortar board by welding some shapes together in Design Studio. The oak branch (as in the wise old owl lived in the oak....) is from Winter Woodland, and the font is Black Letter.

6th Birthday

Such a simple card...the 6 is from Mickey Font, welded to a square from Zooballo. The stars are cut from Plantin Schoolbook, and raised on foam pads.

Well Done Ruth......

Another card for Ruth...this time because she won a competition to name a local off-license...on her birthday!!

The sentiment is from Beyond Birthdays.

A Country Scene

This is for my friend Ruth who loves animals. The cow is from Animal Kingdom, the tree is from Zooballoo, and the rabbit is from Winter Woodland. I embossed the fence to make it look wooden, and raised it on foam pads.

St. George's Day Birthday

This is for someone who has their birthday on St. George's Day. The dragon is from paper Doll Dress Up, and the greeting is from Zooballoo.

Happy Bathday

This is for a friend at work who also works as a dog groomer! The dog and brush etc are cut from Paper Pups, and the lettering is from A Child's Year, welded together in Design Studio.

What a story......................

This card was made specially to thank my colleagues who tried to help me get a mouse out of my car....yes really!( Ithink it had probably hopped out of some garden rubbish that I had been taking to the tip a few weeks ago!) Anyway, It had obviously made itself at home in the car, and only came to light when I left some food shopping in the car for a few hours....it jumped out when I moved the bag!!!

We managed to catch it in a humane trap baited with peanut butter, and released it into the garden this morning (Lynne I know you will be particularly pleased to hear that!!)

The mouse is from Animal Kingdom, and I used a small snowflake punch to make the edge of the card look nibbled!

Happy Birtday Olive!

This is for my mum's neighbour who will be 8o next week. The pot and flowers are from Walk in My Garden, and the ribbon is from Sweethearts. I attached the larger set of tulips directly to the card, and the smaller set to the back of the pot. I used foam pads between the two to give dimension.

Oh No ....60!

This is for our friend Paul who has his birthday this week. It is all cut from Plantin Schoolbook, and I welded it all together in Design Studio.

Happy Easter...from the dog!!!

Clever dog!!! Both the dog and the egg were cut from Doodlecharms, and I cut a "WOOF" from Animal Kingdom to go inside!!!

Very simple....

Not much to these at all!!! I cut five eggs from the Doodlecharms cartridge, embossed one with the cuttlebug, and then stuck them together with the embossed one on top. I tied a piece of rbbon around it, added a greeting and that was that!!!
