A Glitzy Birthday

My mum's friend asked me to make a card for her sister who will be 80, but is apparently young for her years and loves glitzy things (no more information than that was forthcoming.....so I'm not sure what kind of glitzy things!)
This was the best I could come up with, so I hope it suits!!
