Thank You....very much!!!

My friend Wendy asked her elderly father to make me a boot jack ( a piece of wood with a "v" cut into it to aid the removal of Wellington boots!) I was presented with it last week, complete with a red ribbon tied around it as it was my birthday. He has made it beautifully from some recycled English Oak which was once a desk at the school my husband attended. I felt the need to make a thank you card, and this lovely stamp by Woodware seemed perfect!

Thank you....

I made a few of these to thank people for my birthday gifts. The stamp is by Penny Black, and the greeting is from a set of Woodware stamps.

Just for you....

I was asked to make a card for a colleague who is retiring next month. I still haven't decided between these two! Both the images are Penny Black, and the greeting is the very useful banners set by Woodware.
